What difference can I bring to you in value for our area? First and foremost I KNOW my prices that MANY do not in this ever changing market.  I have SOLD many million dollar homes in 2008, mid-range and even a handful of First Time Buyers! In fact this has been a VERY successful year for me. Half way through the year I was able to bypass what last year brought to me!  I work hard and tour MANY homes which allows me not to sit at my desk and judge, but to be out there learning what is selling and for how much and what is sitting, growing old in this stale at times market!  If more agents accurately advised their Clients of appropriate value & pricing.... our market would not be in the stall that it is in.... for prices would represent their value and not a pipedream!
