In the past few years there has proved to be money in "Flipping Properties". I have done a few of my own flips and have assisted MANY others in flipping their own properties. Having a collection of true, tested, hard working, good quality Contractors at hand is very valuable when it comes to the renovation work. Good work at reduced rates helps to make a FLIP profitable and can assemble it for a good sale! Below is an example of some of the "Flips" that I have designed and conducted. From major remodel (tearing out walls and gutting) to paint and carpet and or just paint and staging.

When it comes to working with Contractors, knowing what "is" a fair price proves to be worth it's weight in gold. I talk to people every month that do renovations, improvements, or need to sell and make the decisions to upgrade in a way to get more for their investment than just selling "AS-IS". In this market it really is a MUST... or sell it cheap! Or you may not be one of those who will be lucky enough to get your home SOLD!
